Meet The Owner
Hi! I’m Tiara, a registered veterinary technician & positive reinforcement dog trainer with over 15 years of experience. My behavior-focused approach blends veterinary knowledge with calm, compassionate dog training to help pet parents raise confident, well-regulated companions. You’ll still find me in the clinic—an environment that shapes my training philosophy. My journey began with my soul dog, Kya, whose calm nature inspired my mission to help families build peaceful, connected relations with their dogs.
Why I Do This
During my years as a veterinary technician, I witnessed how fear and stress can prevent dogs from receiving the care they need. In an era of “get it done,” many dogs were forced through procedures, leaving lasting negative impressions. After being introduced to Fear Free principles, I saw how listening, empathy, and choice transformed those experiences. That shift inspired my mission: to help pet parents build calm, trusting relationships so their dogs can thrive at home as well as the veterinary setting.
